handles property leasing, accounting, payroll and employee

 Assistant
Store Manager
The primary function of the Assistant Store Manager is to support
the Store Manager and assume responsibilities in the Store
Managers absence. Customer Service and motivating the sales team
is a key function for this position. The goal of the assistant
store manager is to become a store manager; therefore the ability
to relocate is important to career advancement.
Store Manager
The Store Manager is primarily responsible for all aspects of the
business. Managers are fully involved in the business, from
personnel, to merchandising, personal selling and retail
accounting. With central administrative offices in Denver and Ames
the Company offers corporate structure, while decentralized field
operations offers management growth and flexibility.

Training Manager
In addition to fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a
Store Manager; the Training Manager partners with the Training
Director to educate and develop Store Managers as trainers. They
also are responsible for the training of new Store Managers hired
from outside the Company.
Area Sales Manager
In this position, the Area Sales Manager will spend time preparing
to assume the role of District Manager by assisting the District
Manager and Store Managers in implementing store policies,
procedures and merchandising functions. Emphasis is placed on
developing management skills that will benefit a multi-store
environment. Travel is necessary and the ability to relocate is
important for career advancement.
District Manager
Overseeing and guiding 10-15 stores, the District Manager works
closely with Store Managers in store appearance, meeting store
sales and profit objectives. District Managers actively recruit
and develop self-motivated, resourceful and energetic management.
