buying, merchandising and information technology. The Denver, Colorado
Administrative office handles property leasing, accounting, payroll and employee

Training ManagerIn addition to fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a Store Manager; the Training Manager partners with the Training Director to educate and develop Store Managers as trainers. They also are responsible for the training of new Store Managers hired from outside the Company.
Area Sales ManagerIn this position, the Area Sales Manager will spend time preparing to assume the role of District Manager by assisting the District Manager and Store Managers in implementing store policies, procedures and merchandising functions. Emphasis is placed on developing management skills that will benefit a multi-store environment. Travel is necessary and the ability to relocate is important for career advancement.
District ManagerOverseeing and guiding 10-15 stores, the District Manager works closely with Store Managers in store appearance, meeting store sales and profit objectives. District Managers actively recruit and develop self-motivated, resourceful and energetic management.
